Online Team Games
We play board games online regularly to have some "face time" with fellow Data Science team members and have some fun during COVID times. The games we have played in the past include Skribbl, Wavelength, Dixit, etc. Overwhelming majority of the past participants love the Game Time sessions because they were able to video chat & network with other team members.
Dumplings on Lunar New Year
Data Science is a lot like cooking. Both are a balanced combination of science and art. At Asurion, we have events where our Data Science team members do not only work on Data Science projects together but also collaborate on cooking events as well. Peng Xie, Senior Director of the Data Science team, made dumplings for the team on the Lunar New Year 2021.
